Did you know this year commemorates 200 years of Humphry Repton in Norfolk?
Humphry coined the phrase ‘landscape gardening’ and, following Capability Brown’s death, became known as leader of English landscape gardening. Here in Norfolk we are lucky enough to enjoy several of his stunning creations – Catton Park, Sheringham Park, Hoveton Hall and Holkham Hall to name a few. Repton was laid to rest at beautiful Aylsham Church where we’ve put together a fun-filled treasure hunt to bring his story to life. Visit the church between now and 17th June to start the trail or find out more at norfolk.humphryrepton.org.uk/trail/.
Why not make a day of it in the beautiful Broadland countryside and book THE QUEENMAKER game at Blickling Church – the world’s first escape game in a working church? Discover more or book here.
